2. Description of Service
Matchermind is a language learning application that provides personalized vocabulary exercises and AI-powered content generation to help users learn new languages.
3. Subscription Terms
Available Plans:
- Monthly Premium subscription
- Yearly Premium subscription
Subscription Details:
- Subscriptions are auto-renewable
- Pricing is displayed in the app and varies by region
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
- No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
4. Free Version
The free version of Matchermind includes advertisements. Premium subscriptions remove advertisements and unlock additional features including AI-powered content generation.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Your access to Premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Matchermind → Cancel Subscription
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use Matchermind for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
- Not attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanisms
7. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you create while using Matchermind. We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your usage to improve the service.
All app content, features, and functionality are owned by Matchermind and protected by international copyright laws.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Disclaimers
Matchermind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results. Language learning success depends on individual effort and practice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchermind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Matchermind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
